Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Clayton, North Carolina. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, from managing accounts payable and receivable to conducting account reconciliation and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the industry.Responsibilities: Accurately process and manage all aspects of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Conduct regular account reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy Effectively utilize QuickBooks Enterprise for financial tasks and record-keeping Ensure the accurate completion of the month-end close process Keep track of customer credit applications and maintain precise records Monitor customer accounts and carry out appropriate actions as necessary. Requirements Applicant must possess strong skills in Account Reconciliation, with a proven track record of reconciling discrepancies in financial records. Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is mandatory, including the ability to manage and process invoices, expense reports, and payments. Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required, including invoicing, recording payments, and tracking unpaid invoices. Candidate should be adept at performing Month End Close tasks, including preparing financial statements and reports. Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise is necessary, with a solid understanding of its features for financial management and bookkeeping.
