Sales Associate / Estimator – Home Improvement & Construction
Location: Charlotte, NC (Residential & Commercial Projects)
We’re a rapidly growing home improvement and renovation firm specializing in
seeking motivated full-time or part-time Sales Associates/Estimators to join our team in the Charlotte, NC area.
Responsibilities include:
Inspecting residential and commercial properties
Quoting home improvement and construction projects
Providing excellent client communication and project follow-up
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in construction estimating or home improvement sales
Strong communication and time management skills
A team player with the drive to grow with a company expanding into multiple cities
Ability to generate quality leads is a strong plus (we also provide leads)
Valid driver’s license required
Qualifications:
Experience in home improvement or construction (required)
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Organized and professional demeanor
Compensation:
