General Contractor seeking Superintendents for Residential Renovations in Charlotte NC area.
We offer great compensation based on experience, we have a great client track record, work is residential kitchen and bath remodels primarly, and we seek long-term interested Superintendents. This position requires someone with high organizational skills, multi-tasker, great communication skills with clients.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Must possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
Ability to self-perform certain activities
Ability to supervise subcontractors, employees, vendors, and order materials as needed
Excellent communication skills required to coordinate with company team, architects, clients, reps and inspectors
Working knowledge of codes and the inspection process
Ability to read and understand building plans, construction documents, and OSHA Guidelines
Ability to maintain project scheduling
