We are seeking a landscape enhancement foreman that wants to grow with an expanding company. You will have a base hourly pay of $25 per hour with performance based incentives up to $8,000!
You will be leading and working with a team of 3-5 on detailed outdoor living, landscape/sod, grading, and drainage projects. Your role will be responsible for the success of your projects and team.

Starting pay of $25.00 per hour plus $8,000.00 in performance based bonuses

The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years experience as a landscape/hardscape foreman
- 3+ years experience in outdoor living, hardscapes, and landscapes
- 2+ years experience in mulching, planting, trimming, sod, grading, and drainage
- 2+ years experience prepping and installing pavers and retaining walls
- MUST HAVE a high level of proficiency grading and operating heavy equipment (track loaders, excavators, and trenchers)
- MUST be on time every day
- MUST be attentive to detail
- MUST have valid NC drivers license
- MUST have reliable transportation
