This person needs to be well versed in building decks (perferrably composite decks). Person must also be able to cut rafters and have a good understanding of framing methods.Our projects are challenging, interesting and allow you to work outdoors. We work with all of the latest technologies, building materials and design techniques to create truly unique outdoor living spaces for our clients.What were looking for:Best in class carpenters with a teamwork attitude. Our carpenters must love problem solving and creative solutions. They must thrive on accuracy, speed, attention to detail and ingenuity.At Carolina Decks we love it when our clients offer us unique challenges and we need carpenters who are ready to take them on.We are also looking for carpenters with a great attitude. this is KEY! We want carpenters who come to work everyday excited to learn, take on challenges, and get along well with the crew and others. Those who are willing to do what it takes to get the job done without complaining.A Day in the Life:As you begin your career at Carolina Decks you'll be put on a crew with others like you. Your goal will be to produce an award winning project. (we truly mean this - we'll enter our best projects in the NADRA awards each year)You'll work with your crew members to build the project that you have been assigned to work on. You'll work on all aspects of that job.
