HVAC Business located in NC serving Charlotte and surrounding areas is looking for a HVAC Service Technician that also has installation experience. If you have refrigeration experience that is a plus.
Qualifications:
EPA Certification
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Ability to handle ladder climbing and moderate lifting (up to 75 pounds)
Proficiency in working independently to carry out repairs and necessary documentation
Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC Service
Willingness to follow instructions and eagerness to learn
Job Details:
Schedule: Flexible options, during peak time most days are 10hrs. Mon - Fri, Mon-Sat, Saturdays are not mandatory. Sundays off. Start times at either 8 am or 10 am. Once jobs are completed, the day is completed. Base Rate + Performance Pay. We are an honest HVAC company we do NOT sell new units to every customer if we can simply repair. Review bonuses.
Company Vehicle: Provided company work van.
Compensation: Weekly Base Pay plus Performance-Based Pay. $20-$50/hr (Up to $50/hr with bonuses) There is NO cap to your pay. If you are not performance driven, this role is not for you.
Support: Access to technical support from Lead Tech via phone or video calls, available as needed. If you are a strong installer with the fundamentals of a service technician, we can provide training.
