We offer gourmet meats and specialty food products typically reserved for chefs in five-star restaurants and resorts all at affordable prices. We help customers save money and earn income. We proudly partner with a state-of-the-art butchering facility specializing in Certified Angus Beef, Premium Pork, All-Natural Chicken, Wild Caught Seafood, and more! We offer “Special Value Variety Packages” featuring some of our most requested items, allowing everyone to taste the difference as we expand our menu to more premium offerings. This commitment is made clear by the superior meat and seafood specialty products we distribute.
Position Summary:
Facilitate and market to food service customers. Seek membership opportunities and sales through existing customers and market new customers to What’s On The Menu. Represent What’s On The Menu products and services and manage customer business relationship.
Job Functions:
Facilitate customer orders
Acquire new customers
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Effective execution of monthly sales
Leverage resources to increase growth
Deliver effective presentations
Maintain knowledge of industry through industry magazines and local culinary organizations
Demonstrate and deliver understanding of Foodservice Industry and operations
Understand areas of customer focus, including Sales Building, Memberships, and Profitability
Explain key features and benefits of What’s On The Menu products
Understand and leverage advantages of What’s On The Menu products
Knowledge and Abilities:
This position requires customer focus with comprehensive communication skills and the ability to express self verbally.
Must be a strategic thinker, inquisitive, innovative, and creative in order to build relationships, network, and link resources
Must be goal driven, have good organizational and administration skills in order to self manage and develop discipline
Must be able to meet and exceed sales performance goals
