Seeking front desk receptionist to work in small physical therapy office. Job duties would include answering phone calls, scheduling patients, medical records, verifying insurance, collecting/posting payments, and assisting therapists as needed. Hours are Monday/Wednesday 7:30 AM- 6:00 PM, Tuesday/Thursday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM & Friday 8:00 AM- 12:00 PM. Computer, phone skills, multitasking skills, and organizational skills are needed along with basic knowledge of insurance and eagerness to learn.
