What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate job schedules across all departments, crews, and subcontractors
- Dispatch team members to residential and commercial sites efficiently and proactively
- Monitor progress and adjust assignments to meet timelines and customer expectations
- Communicate with project managers, foremen, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and update daily schedules through Buildertrend or similar platforms
- Troubleshoot delays, overlaps, or resourcing issues before they escalate
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or scheduling (construction industry preferred)
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communicator—clear, calm, and concise under pressure
- Tech-savvy with scheduling software and digital tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
