Hiring part-time Production Line (25 hours/week)

Alexander’s Ham Company is a small family owned & operated business that has produced country ham and sidemeat since 1950. It is located in the China Grove/Mooresville area. We are looking for an honest, reliable, and hard working employee. The primary job duty is to operate an automatic meat slicer along with using a knife to trim hams. The slicer slices the hams by itself, it only requires hams to be easily loaded into the machine. Applicants must be able to lift at least 60 pounds. Experience would be great, but not a must. Training can easily be provided. Our work schedule is Monday and Tuesday, 7am to 4pm with breaks from 10-10:30am and 12-1pm. We work on Wednesday from 6:30am to 12 noon with a break from 10-10:30am. Included is one weeks paid vacation after 6 months of employment and most federal holidays paid time off.
