Job Description:
We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Pressure Washer Technicians. You will be responsible for providing high-quality exterior cleaning services for residential, commercial, and HOA properties.

Responsibilities:
Operate commercial pressure washing equipment
Perform cleaning of concrete, siding, decks, driveways, building exteriors, etc.
Apply cleaning solutions safely (training provided)
Set up, break down, and maintain equipment
Interact with clients professionally on job sites
Ensure all safety protocols are followed
Maintain job site cleanliness and report any issues
Upsell additional services when appropriate

Requirements:
✅ Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (preferred)
✅ Experience operating pressure washing equipment (preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates)
✅ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Excellent work ethic and reliability
✅ Customer service mindset
