We are needing an experienced Handyman or Carpenter for light finishing tasks on one of our rental properties in the Rock Hill area. Can lead to full time work as long as we have properties being managed in your area.
Scope of work to include:
Install all appliances
Install stove hood vent and vent to exterior
Install crawl space door/entry
Install closet doors in bedroom
Move 2 outlets 1" higher because hitting trim
Install pantry cabinet in kitchen
Install above stove kitchen cabinet
Install kitchen ceiling light
Assemble and install 3 window screen frames and fabric
Install and connect vanity top sink and faucet to plumbing and drain
Install and connect kitchen sink drains
Install deck rails on front porch
Touch up paint some small areas
