Grading/Utility Supervisor

Looking for an experienced Grading/Utility Supervisor with 5 years minimum experience managing multiple job sites for a full service site development construction company. This role involves overseeing field operations, managing crews, ensuring productivity while maintaining safety standards. Daily activities include coordinating daily work, supervising staff, managing equipment and delivering projects to meet high standards. This position requires reading blueprints and specifications along with knowledge of GPS and 3D models. Communication with management, customers and vendors is a must. Needs to work well with crews and contractors and can operate all heavy equipment. Must have a valid drivers license and can pass a drug screen.
