As an Experienced Power Washing Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and completing jobs to the highest standards. Responsibilities:
Work alongside and supervise your team to ensure jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction
Utilize your experience to guide and mentor other team members
Ability to execute power washing by way of standard operating procedures (i.e. truck maintenance, operating manual, review of current/updated training material via company provided resources)
Ensure that tasks are performed in a professional and efficient manner
Abide by cleaning procedures checklists and ensure all jobs are completed to the highest standard
Take before/after pictures for customer review, social media, and insurance purposes
Distribute door hangers/flyers and lawn signs at each job

Qualifications:
Minimum one (1) year of professional power washing experience preferred
Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence (general comfort with heights)
Ability to work night shifts and weekend shifts as needed
Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
Valid Driver's License and experience driving large commercial vehicles (9ft x 28ft)
Must live and work in the surrounding area
