Training and Certification provided
Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break
Company Vehicle provided after 30 days

Regular Travel with per diem - must be willing to travel up to 4 hours from Charlotte and stay out of town some weeks
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. - no exceptions
Must have Valid Driver's License - no exceptions
Must have Clean Driving Record - no DUI, no exceptions
Paid Holidays
Paid Time Off/ Vacation Time after 1 Year
$150/day per diem for nightly accommodations when staying out of town
Starting pay up to $25/Hr based on experience with room for growth
Carolina Housing Solutions aka Stiltz of Charlotte is a licensed and insured General Contractor partnered with Stiltz Home Lifts and Harmar to install home accessibility equipment in new and existing homes.
We are located in Concord, NC and cover a large territory including Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro, Asheville, and Upstate SC.
Jobsite training to install the residential elevators will be provided to you, but you must have sufficient carpentry experience to be considered for this position.
This position will require travel within approximately 4-hour radius of Charlotte, NC. We pay $150/day per diem to cover your nightly accommodations when staying out of town.
The ideal candidate has the following qualities:
A willingness to learn how to install residential elevators
Ability to interact with customers, co-workers, and inspectors in a professional manner
2+ years Carpentry experience including framing, trim, mud, sheetrock, flooring
Ability to follow construction plans and installation instructions
Efficiently manage time and resources
Attention to detail and takes pride in their work
Great communication skills, must speak English fluently
Willingness to travel in a company vehicle
Clean Driving Record and Valid Driver's License
