Description:
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham in Mooresville, NC (Exit 36) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department.
The Executive Housekeeper will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage staff, ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
Supervise housekeeping and laundry staff
Train, schedule, and support team members
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met
Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or complaints promptly
Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and linens; count and track items regularly
Coordinate deep cleaning schedules and preventive maintenance tasks
Collaborate closely with the front desk and maintenance teams
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of housekeeping supervisor or executive housekeeper experience (hotel experience strongly preferred)
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive
Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
