We are looking for a dynamic self-starter to take over our Receiving Clerk role in a busy hotel with vibrant venues. This is an independent role, responsible for checking in deliveries, maintaining proper food handling and safety, along with working on backend paperwork for invoicing.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Rotates products and transport items from receiving to appropriate departments.
Reconcile order versus the packing slips and compare packing slips versus Purchase Orders and work with accounting department to get invoices paid on time and accurately.
Ensures the proper documentation and paperwork to proper party.
Distributes shipments to hotel storage areas.
Maintains cleanliness of storage rooms, and ensure the security of the coolers and storerooms.
What You Bring
Previous experience in receiving role required.
Must have understanding of purchasing/receiving clerk daily processes.
Ability to be yourself, lead yourself, make it count!
Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
