What You’ll Be Doing
As our Assistant Bakery Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our bakery runs smoothly and our pastries are always top-notch. Here’s a taste of what your day might look like:
- Crafting high-quality pastries, baked goods, and desserts to delight our customers.
- Assisting with daily bakery operations to keep everything running like clockwork.
- Supporting the team with scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace that meets health and safety standards.
- Collaborating with the team to innovate and create new menu items.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who’s just as passionate about baking as we are! Here’s what we’d love to see:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in pastry or bakery work.
- Skills: Strong baking and pastry-making skills, with an eye for detail and presentation.
- Leadership: A team player who can step up to help manage and inspire others.
