Job Description:Line of Business Position Description and Responsibilities: LatAm Card Implementation Manager is responsible for setting up corporate credit cards for BOA clients that want to do business in LatAm. The LatAm Implementation Manager work as a liaison with our clients and partnering local issuing banks to insure the card programs are delivered and supported as needed.Additional Key Responsibilities : · Provide a consultative approach to client through implementation . Facilitate internal and external (client) calls to work through implementation requests utilizing project management and technical skills · Troubleshoot, research and respond to internal client team request · Engage key stakeholders throughout the life of the ePayables Card program Required Skills and Experience: · Must be Proficient in all three languages; Portuguese, English and Spanish · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite · Ability to work independently · Proven organization and time management skills · Strong collaboration, influence, and communication skills both verbal and written · Ability to interact with clients at all levels Desired Skills and Experience: · Project management experience Additional Competencies and Behaviors :· Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions · Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward · Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs - is a continuous learner · Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change · Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base · Believes in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the world Enterprise Role Overview :Role Overview: Responsible for acting as the primary interface to med/high revenue clients.
