- 5+ years of experience with Kronos configuration and support in an enterprise environment
- Experience with WIM (Workforce Integration Manager)
- SQL query experience
- Kronos configuration and change requests experience including, batch configurations, autoscheduler option sets, FAPs, payrules, etc.
- Kronos Dimensions would be highly preferred

- Experience with CMD Scripting (Windows Batch Scripting)
- Kronos Analytics knowledge specifically around researching feed issues. Researching person feed issues/adjusting person profiles correctly in Kronos (handling of associate requests)
- Handling of InTouch clock tickets that Support needs help on
- Kronos Dimensions would be highly preferred, but not required.
