We are currently seeking a Service Strategic Planning Leader who can leverage their experiences to directly impact the commercial effectiveness and performance within Productivity Solutions & Services (PSS) Services & Managed Services lines of business. As the Service Strategic Planning Leader of global PSS, you will be responsible for the construction of our global strategic plan in partnership with our GM of global services. In this role, you will help to develop our long-term strategy, inorganic plans, and aftermarket strategy. This role will cover all of our Break/Fix services, managed services, and connected services strategy. This candidate will interface with senior leadership, general management, offering management, and marketing to set the strategy and priorities for our line of business. This role will be heavily involved in our offering strategy, development of collateral and messaging, and delivery of market and competitive analysis. This role will report directly into our GM of Services.This role is located in Charolotte NC corporate office and is a hybrid position.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Critical team member playing a key role in strategy development and execution
Define growth opportunities by identifying technology trends, market expansion opportunities, vertical pivots, and business model evolution
Manage relationship with key research agencies covering the industry; manage the research budget
Develop and maintain market intelligence repository with syndicated industry reports, custom analysis, competitor profiles/ financials/ portfolio/ inorganic activities etc.
Drive VOC activities with customers/ industry experts to identify & validate market trends, unmet customer needs, etc.
Support introduction of new offerings/ business growth areas with opportunity assessments
Ability to work with macroeconomic concepts/ indicators
Develop and deliver compelling narratives and presentations, and create playbooks to support consistent and efficient application of best practices
YOU MUST HAVE
Experience at a large global organization and/or strategy consulting firm in a corporate/business strategy or offering role
Experience working in influence-based roles within large, matrixed organizations and working cross functionally with other functions
WE VALUE
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of experience in a strategy consulting firm
Experience structuring and independently leading cross-functional strategy projects, working collaboratively with stakeholders across the company
Ability to deliver a consolidated view of the market environment and competitive structure
Ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and build senior level executive relationships
