- Leads the development and production of electrical hardware and associated mechanical packaging, including such duties as customer discovery, drafting complex statements of work, and designing, building, and testing electrical product solutions
- Regularly interacts with customers, suppliers, and internal organizations to resolve design, development, production, and acceptance issues
- Leads an engineering team to develop the internal technology road-maps associated to ensure maximum sponsor impact
- Provides technical, project, and administrative guidance and coordinates efforts for other engineers
- A successful eDiscovery LPM plays a key role as the lead coordinator and/or contributor on team projects and provides tactical input to them
- Managing projects, which involves determining project deliverables and timelines, developing a project plan and managing to the plan, coordinating and leading meetings, preparing meeting minutes and status reports
- Assisting divisional clients with navigating service requests
- Ensure that needed resources and tools are available to complete daily work assignments
- Maintain current knowledge of all operating procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives
- Ensure that work schedules will be covered during approved absences and unplanned absences
- Work Experience in detailing the requirements with business partners
- Work experience in N-Tier system
- Proven ability to build and lead integrated teams from various internal and external organizations across multiple sites, including disparate global delivery centers
- Effective business development skills including proposal development and preparation, business case/plan development
- Experienced with electrical and mechanical CAD tools and performing reverse engineering processes to understand failure modes and effects
- 10+ years experience as a Business Side Project Manager's ONLY, NO TECH PM's!
- 7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Financial Services/Banking is a must
