It all begins with outstanding talent. It all begins with you.About this role:The FX Middle Office supports the trading activities of the FX Sales and Trading business. Main responsibilities include trade capture, profit and loss reporting, reviewing market data, ensuring orderly flow of trades from front to back systems of record and managing trade exceptions for all FX flows. Active participation in project work is expected. The candidate will interact closely with multiple business partners including front office, Finance, Technology, Confirms, Settlements, Market Risk and other groups. Main products supported are FX Spot, FX Forwards, NDFs, FX Options, exchange traded derivatives and cross currency swaps. Contribute to large scale planning related to profit and loss generation, attribution and trades

Review, analyze and resolve moderately complex trade issues that require in-depth evaluation

Lead team to meet functional area and process deliverables

Deliver solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Lead projects and assist senior managers with industry related initiatives

Serve as a mentor for less experienced analysts

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Capital Markets industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Intermediate Microsoft office skills.

Strong analytical skills with high attentions to detail and accuracy.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Effective organizational. multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

Knowledge and understanding of financial products: exposure to fixed income securities, derivatives, and foreign exchange.
