DescriptionWe are looking for a Release Train Engineer with at least 2 - 3 years as a RTE and multiple years as a Scrum Master / Project Manager prior. This person should ideally be coming from a Financial Services experience. Someone with a great personality is non-negotiable. They will be aligned to the Move Money team. This is a major initiative for the enterprise that has to be delivered this year. They are utilizing IFS/iPipeline as a third party vendor and working with them directly to build out the move money offering. Ideally this RTE would have some form of experience with ACH, Wires, Checks, and any Cash Management. This Position would be Hybrid onsite 2-3 days in Fort Mill. True Contract to hire.RTE: The role is to plan, execute, and oversee multiple project efforts aligned to a shared business objective. The following functions fall within the program manager’s responsibility:Management: Direct and manage project efforts from beginning to end. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project and project team. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans. Track and report on budget and resource allocations across the project team to ensure forecasting of project spend is consistantly reported.Communication: Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Documentation: Develop project plans and associated communications documents. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
