Our client is looking Program Manager with Talend for Long term project in Charlotte , NC project Below is the detail requirement. Job Title: Program Manager with Talend Location: Charlotte , NC Duration: Long term Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience with minimum of 8+years of IT experience.
- Program management/ Stake holder management, Data lake,Talend , Hadoop,
- Understand the customer problem / engagement objectives.
- Develop custom solution by leveraging assets / services from the global market place Provide recommendations to the client on tools, technologies for deployment on the basis of features, cost, performance etc.
- Build relationships and credibility with customers.
- Identify the appropriate quality model/ standard/ measure to be adopted in the project in conjunction with the customer requirements.
- Influence the customer to adopt the appropriate point of view on the solution aspects ( eg, quality standard, solution option, technology option etc).
- Experience in Design and implement highly distributed, scalable processes - Data Enrichments using Talend, SQL, Strong data enrichment & delivery techniques using Talend Big Data , Spark .
- Evaluate solutions, review system architecture, design and tools to achieve project objectives including usability, performance, reliability, and monitoring, control, and security requirements.
- Expertise in creating a reusable / metadata driven framework to load variety of datasources into Target system
- Assist all technology partners/developers to use the agreed technology/tools and interfaces to ensure smooth integration, security & reliability across DEV, SIT, UAT and Production.
- Performance tuning and designing of high performance applications involving huge data processing.
- Build the data ingestion/data transformation frameworks developed where necessary assist in the development of new frameworks / or framework variants.
- Experience in Talend Bigdata.
- Skills in data modelling (both structured and unstructured) data
- Skills in metadata repositories (Talend)
