Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a freelance podcast producer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! As a Podcast Producer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the podcast's creation, ensuring high-quality audio content, and delivering episodes that engage and resonate with our audience.Key Responsibilities:
Content Planning: Collaborate with the host(s) and creative team to develop episode themes, scripts, and guest ideas.
Recording & Editing: Oversee and manage recording sessions, including remote and in-studio setups. Edit raw audio into polished episodes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professional quality.
Audio Engineering: Ensure audio levels, transitions, and sound effects are clean and professional. Manage intro/outro music and any additional audio elements.
Publishing: Upload episodes to podcast platforms with compelling titles, descriptions, and show notes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a podcast producer or in a similar audio production role.
Proficiency with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand, or Pro Tools).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with guests and team members.
Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Podbean, or Anchor).
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audio content.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently under deadlines.
