A Snapshot of Your DayThe Parts Business Leader (PBL) requires a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mentality for parts delivery regarding planned and unplanned outages in Region North America. The main objective of the PBL role is to support the RNA Platform Team, Product Lines, and external customers in the management of all parts needed for outages. This role will support outages of gas, steam and generator units!How You’ll Make an Impact

Identify parts lists as needed per work scope for assigned outages.

Provide response to customer inquiries in preparation for outage planning and ongoing customer parts needs.

Process parts order and quotes in SAP PD2 and follows through delivery and invoicing.

Work individually or with the District Service Office Platform team to develop proposals supporting customer needs. Resolve customer issues associated with parts related needs.

Provide support for developing integrated customer proposals.

Perform advanced interpretation of design specs and drawings.

Support Product Line financial objectives by applying financial and commercial concepts to quotes and orders.

Able to research technical records to provide parts clarification.

What You Bring

BS/BA in related field, Engineering degree preferred or Significant experience in power generation

5+ years of experience in a related field.

Power Generation experience; Field Service experience a plus. In addition,

SAP experience required

Effective customer service, organizational, time management, decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail, ability to analyze and collaborate efficiently with teams.
