Description:o Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services. Imports/Exportso Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle. Lead daily control meetings, identifying issues and actions to be taken.o Coordinate and negotiate with brokers and vendors. o Conduct root-cause analysis of failures and take corrective actions.o Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.o Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments.o Resolve any arising problems or complaints.o Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.o Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.o Develop and implement global transportation cost-savings programs for year-over-year savings.o Implement financial metrics and associated KPIs for supply-chain network and vendors.Skills:Inventory, Logistics, Warehouse management, microsoft dynamicsAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Requirement and skillso Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager.o 3+ years of experience in logistics for Manufacturing or distribution supply chain.o 2-3 or more years of management experienceo Record of successful distribution and logistics management.o Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.o Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.o Excellent verbal and written communication skillso Strong systems skills, including proficiency with integrated software applications.
