We're looking for an Instructional Designer for one of our large clients in Charlotte.

On a daily basis you will work to create ELearnings and Instructor Led Trainings for the new Marketing Tool. This new tool is meant for prospecting new clients so you will leverage your sales background as you create these courses. The tool helps with social media and by generating leads for sales by providing the company name, the client contacts, and sets the initial meeting for the salesperson. You will create Simulations, ELearnings, and Videos. You must be polished in your delivery of these courses and a dedicated, self-starter. This product will aid in generating more and more clients which will ultimately require portfolio management. All of the courses will be for use by the internal employees and will eventually be part of new hire training. Required Skills:- Instructional design experience- Corporate experience- Articulate Storyline and Rise- Previous sales and project management experience
