Wells Fargo is seeking a Global Talent Attraction Strategy Lead on the Global Talent Attraction team, part of Talent Acquisition . We are in search of a highly organized, innovative, analytical, and collaborative problem solver with a deep knowledge and passion for attracting and engaging talent, globally.In this role, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities to include developing and executing global talent attraction initiatives and strategies in alignment with enterprise objectives while acting as a strategic partner to the broader Global Talent Attraction & Engagement Team.In this role, you will:

Lead cross functional project teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives on time, in scope, and within budget

Collaborate with Talent Attraction Partners to manage campaign execution and leverage results and feedback from campaigns to inform future work

Partner and consult with members of the Global Talent Attraction & Engagement team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives

Help oversee the Talent Attraction & Engagement Portfolio to ensure integration and alignment across Talent Acquisition

Lead with a risk mindset, drive accountability, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

Review strategic approaches and effectiveness (ROI) of support function and business performance

Perform assessments through fact finding and data, requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

Keep all relevant teams and stakeholders up-to-date and aware of project/program launches and opportunities for collaboration through regular communications and outreach

Stay current on talent attraction trends, developments, and best practices to ensure a continuous learning and innovative environment

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

3+ years of experience implementing and delivering strategic programs, projects, and initiatives supporting the attraction, engagement and acquisition of talent

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in one or a combination of the following: Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Human Resources Consulting, and/or Human Resource Strategy Experience

Enterprise program management: needs assessment, develop strategy, influence and execution

Project management and implementation experience, managing multiple projects from end to end, that vary in scope and complexity

Strategic marketing experience, developing and executing integrated campaigns using multiple talent channels

Advanced data management experience to include: analyzing data, diagnosing opportunities, and providing executive level conclusions and reporting

Experience partnering and influencing Business Leaders, Recruiting Leaders, and HR partners

Experience working with International, Global teams or organizations.

Experience with HR ATS and CRM systems a plus, Workday and Beamery preferred

Advanced Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
