Description We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our team in the Wholesale Distribution industry, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, the Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating 8 trucks/teams to ensure efficient service delivery in the field. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Coordinating and scheduling services for 8 trucks/teams, ensuring optimal use of resources. Communicating with customers to confirm service timeslots. Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service. Ensuring accurate and timely filling, faxing, and processing of paperwork. Managing calendars effectively to avoid scheduling conflicts. Maintaining detailed and organized records of dispatch activities. Replacing and improving upon the systems of a former employee. Proactively taking necessary actions based on customer account monitoring.
