Position: Digital Content & Experience Manager Duration: 6-month contract (potential for hire) Location: 100% REMOTE Program Strategy & Content Development
Work with stakeholders across the organization to identify gaps in our eLearning assets and develop a comprehensive roadmap for filling those gaps.
Provide guidance on standards and best practices for future eLearning content – with the goal of developing an interconnected “curriculum”
Lead development of multi-media eLearning content in partnership with internal thought leaders, which may include webinars, articles, presentations, videos and more
Define processes and protocols for creation, ingestion and dissemination of all eLearning content
Performance Reporting
Provide regular updates on eLearning asset utilization rates, program performance, and progress in developing new content
Internal Communications What You Will Be Doing
Analyzes communications policies, procedures, and standards for efficiency and effectiveness based on the needs of the target audiences and select appropriate communications media
Advises management on communications initiatives to support company objectives
Portray and present the company in a favorable manner to various levels of press and industry personnel
Communicate company philosophy, policy and marketing strategy to team members and outside resources
Develops and manages the execution of strategic plans and the implementation of communications tactics
Manages the development, production and implementation of internal and external communications and identifies appropriate communications vehicles, e.g., newsletter, intranet, email
Directs the development of communications vehicles, e.g. public relations, new releases, feature stories, newsletters, bulletins, management briefs, videos, brochures, slide presentations, special events, verbal and written presentations
Coordinates projects and oversees all phases of production, e.g., planning, writing, producing with internal/external vendors.
Manages and/or writes, edits and produces communication materials as necessary while ensuring quality standards are met
