Description We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our operations in the real estate and property sector, located in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. The selected individual will be tasked with managing customer accounts, handling a high volume of calls, and coordinating appointments with homeowners and technicians. This role is a contract to permanent employment opportunity that necessitates in-office presence.Responsibilities: Process customer credit applications accurately within the given timeframe Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate Actively address customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner Oversee customer accounts and take necessary action when required Effectively communicate with homeowners at the time of move in/out and schedule appointments with technicians Oversee logistics and scheduling to ensure smooth operations Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously Handle a high volume of calls, emails, and manage the calendar effectively Use software like Salesforce, Yardi, and Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks Schedule appointments with renters and superintendents on site. Requirements Proficient in managing customer accounts, with a focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Experience with Yardi property management software is necessary. In-depth understanding of property management principles and practices. Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently. Proficiency in Salesforce.com for tracking customer interactions and resolving issues. Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proven experience in calendar management, with the ability to prioritize and schedule appointments effectively. Experience in booking appointments, ensuring all details are accurate and communicated clearly to all parties. Ability to confirm appointments promptly, ensuring all participants are aware of scheduling details. Proven ability in coordinating appointments, ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved.
