The scheduled hours are 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM. Flexibility is essential.Key Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of functions following prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing.

Assemble components as required on time and according to quality specifications.

Identify improvement areas and effectively communicate ways to implement change.

Maintain the cleanliness of workstation and assist with entire department housekeeping.

High personal standards with regards to productivity, quality, and safety.

Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to assemble components using various hand and power tools according to specifications.

Ability to read blueprints, standard work instructions, bills of material, and precision measuring instruments.

Ability to operate various shop tools including power and manually operated wrenches.

1+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Solid mechanical background

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Strong organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
