Technical skills required 1. 1. Avaya Communication Manager (PBX) Tier 3 platform and BAU support 2. Candidate will need background and knowledge in building "skill based routing" within Avaya Communication Manager using VDNs, Vectors, Skills, Variables, etc. 3. Avaya Media Server (media/announcements) A. 4. Avaya System/Session Manager Tier 1 to 3 experience and knowledge 5. Avaya CMS (reporting) general knowledge 6. Advanced Avaya/voice troubleshooting 7. Basic SQL knowledge and experience writing queries Process oriented experiences 8. Experience using Jira/Chalk/Confluence 9. Incident and outage Management 10.
