We are hiring 1 customer service admin person for our uptown Charlotte location. In this position you will be required to assist customers who are there to collect their property from repossessed cars, get their car back once they've paid their finance company or assist transporters who are moving cars to various auctions.
This job requires attention to detail as there is a good bit of paperwork required during each of these appointments.
Must have skills for this job: friendly, punctual, honest, dependable, willing to learn, positive attitude, good team player.
This is a Monday-Friday 8:30-5 position. You will need to have reliable transportation. Being at work consistently is very important since it's a small team working together.
This is a fast paced environment, so the ability to stay on task and prioritize tasks is important.
Starting salary is 17.50 per hour, with some bonus opportunity. re-evaluate after 90 days for possible increase.
