job summary:? Leads organizational analysis efforts to identify current capabilities, opportunities for improvement and drives measurement, prioritizationand implementation of identified opportunities? Interact and coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, anddeployment? Gathers business requirements that effect technology systems, and engage with technology partners to develop solution throughtechnology change process? Writes, communicates and vets requirements and user stories with business leaders using different approaches such as use cases, activitydiagrams, sequence diagrams and state charts, data dictionaries, class or entity relationship diagrams to ensure complete understandingby business leaders/executives while working with an Agile framework? Identifies and manages stakeholders and teams of people across functional areas to implement a project by understanding keystakeholders authority and influence as it pertains to business process? Works effectively inside a Scrum or Kanban team? Comfortable documenting acceptance criteria? Conduct and participate in Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives? Create and maintain system and user documentation? Coordinate and conduct testing and user training? Provide regular verbal and written reports to management? Create workflow diagrams and technical documentation? Collaborates with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are done? Manages stakeholders and teams of people across functional areas to implement a project? Coordinates risk assessment and uses risk assessment output to help mitigate risks to project? Participates and leads backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning? Assists the Product Owner in strategy on how best to deliver product roadmap? Plan, develop, oversee, carryout and certify changes by establishing rigorous test plan through design and implementation phases andtracking test results to ensure changes are complete and accurate to finalized requirements? Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the business-analysis aspects of an information technology project, including on-going production support and training.
  • Manage, direct and coordinate the daily activities of the business analyst team
  • Review and approve business analysis related documentation including: requirements, current and future state processes and workflows, report specifications and others
  • Review and approve test plans and test cases, and perform system testing
  • Plan and execute user acceptance testing and obtain user sign-off
  • Develop and maintain solid partnerships with project managers, business and IT leads, and other key stakeholders
  • Manage and train business systems analyst in all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to closing, to ensure that the technical solution meets business needs
  • Develop and motivate staff to maximize full potential and ensure the mission readiness of all team members
  • Support the initiation and planning of the project, including facilitating the definition of objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring the project is set up for success
  • Collaborate with business and information technology stakeholders facilitating the selection of solution alternatives for implementation
  • Suggest and implement recommendations on efficiency improvements where applicable
  • Assist business stakeholders in operational readiness activities, including impact analysis and documentation of process changes
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Education: No Degree Required
