- Provide hands on technical production support to quickly diagnose and resolve IT issues
- Acknowledge and address all customer queries, requirements and needs with patience and empathy
- Strong understanding and implementation of continual process improvement and automation
- Provide guidance and training to customers on current technology and IT policies
- Provide feedback on potential issues or concerns to mitigate future risks
- Extensive experience in production support or technical support role with strong customer centric focus and communication skills in a time sensitive and demanding environment
- Hands on and proficient with UNIX / LINUX /Wintel OS commands and SQL (Oracle/Sybase/MSSQL) Python, Bash, and SQL scripting skills are advantageous
- Ability to maintain composed and customer focused in high pressure situations and use discretion to determine the most urgent matters that need attention, depending on business impact of the issue/request
