Construction Management Professional Intermediate

Construction Management of large-scale life sciences facilities. Review drawings and keep Master Drawing Set updated. Lead Coordination/Scheduling for Punch Listing and Walkdowns of Systems. Assist Construction team (Work Package Owners, Superintendents) in day-to-day coordination. Take detailed meeting minutes of critical construction meetings. Facilitate completion of turnover documents and interface with Turnover team to ensure contractors fulfill their requirements. Manage and report on status of Engineering RFIs and Submittals. Coordinating mechanical completion dates of system with different teams, trades, and client and driving them to closure. Responsible for creating, managing, coordinating detailed weekly work plan for different trades and monitoring the progress daily to ensure efficient project execution. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes during construction (OSHA regulations). Supporting several work packages in the weekly meeting by, managing challenges in terms of design, construction execution, progress, and taking meeting minutes. Utilize software: EIDA, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks Manage, VplannerPull/Manage, Revizto 5, Prolog, Bluebeam Revu, openspace.ai, MS Excel.
