Part Time PositionMajor Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecute Regular IS Basic Tasks to keep the systems up & runningEnsure adherence to Company policies and proceduresTrain branch management on system architecture, data management, retention and reporting, and other available IT tools to improve processes, productivity and customer serviceBasic Branch Technical Support such PC, LAN, Expeditors Software and systems administration & troubleshooting, in addition to global, regional and branch project implementationOn call for after-hours IS issuesAsset Management such as purchasing, shipping, tracking and maintenancePrepare and execute the annual tactical business plan for IS departmentProvide technical assistance to clients
