We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in repairing a variety of devices and possess strong technical skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on devices such as Mac OS, Android, and iOS platforms
- Provide technical support to customers in person or over the phone
- Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and fix devices at customer locations
- Utilize hand tools and soldering equipment for intricate repairs
- Analyze device malfunctions to determine root causes and implement effective solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in repairing computer hardware and mobile devices
- Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer service practices
- Proficiency in using hand tools and soldering equipment for repairs
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
