As a Junior Ninja, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero, keeping our operations running smoothly and our team on track. From tinkering with our POS system to lending a hand with administrative tasks, you'll be the secret sauce that makes our shop thrive. Key Responsibilities:
Point of Sale (POS) System Management:
Be the mastermind behind our POS system, ensuring it's always up to snuff with product inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Spruce up our online sales platform with your creative touch, making sure every product shines bright and customers can't resist clicking "add to cart."
Administrative Support:
Play the role of event planner extraordinaire, coordinating meetings, events, and conferences with flair.
Be the gatekeeper of our communications, handling incoming mail and messages like a pro.
Flex your creative muscles by assisting with document preparation, presentation creation, and more.
Welcome new team members, helping them navigate the ropes of paperwork and onboarding.
