We are currently looking for a Tree Climber with experience to join our growing team. If you have a strong work ethic, solid climbing and rigging skills, and a passion for working outdoors, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
-Climb trees using rope and saddle or aerial lift to perform pruning, removals, and other tree care tasks
-Operate chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders and other tree care equipment
-Ensure job site safety and follow all safety protocols
-Work closely with the crew leader and team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
-Communicate clearly with team members and clients when needed
Requirements:
-Minimum of 1-2 years of tree climbing experience required (willing to train the right candidate)
-Proficiency in rigging, pruning, and safe tree removal techniques
-Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
-Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
-Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+lbs and perform demanding tasks
-Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
