Skilled Maintenance Worker Needed – $30/hr
Our property management company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team. If you have a background in general maintenance or building construction, we have full-time hours available and plenty of work for you to start immediately.
Job Details:
Pay starts at $30 per hour, with the potential for increases over time
Full-time hours available to start
Work includes general property maintenance and repairs
Locations vary across multiple properties - apartments, offices, and houses - mostly Buncombe county, some in Hendersonville.
Requirements:
Experience in maintenance and/or construction
Must provide your own transportation and tools
Must carry your own insurance
Must have a good attitude and be able to interact with tenants in a positive manner
