A residential construction company in Asheville is seeking to hire a project manager. This is a full time position with lots of client and subcontractor interactions. Clear and professional communication is a must. Training will be provided, but prior experience and knowledge of residential construction practices will be necessary.
Essential skills for this position include writing clear and well-organized emails, using spreadsheets and word processing software, measuring and spatial planning, and prompt communication. Experience with drafting, digital modeling, and Adobe software is a major plus.
Primary work hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 9 to 5, but hours can be flexible. We offer paid time off and annual bonus pay and the opportunity to advance. Compensation for this position is determined based on ability.
