Patton Allen Property Management is growing, and we’re looking for 1-2 reliable, skilled handy people to join our team of sub-contractors. If you’re a solo operator looking to expand your business, we’ve got as much work as you can handle. You’ll still work for yourself - we’re just here to keep your schedule full.
We manage a fast-paced portfolio of rental properties in the Asheville area and need folks who can jump in and help us keep things running smoothly.
Must Haves:
-Strong skills in general repairs and maintenance (painting, drywall, minor plumbing/electrical, etc.)
-Your own tools and reliable transportation
-General liability insurance (if you don’t have it, we can help you get it)
-Professional communication and punctuality
-Ability to schedule with tenants directly and show up on time
-Use our work order app to receive jobs, upload before/after photos, and mark tasks complete
Nice to Haves:
-Willingness to take occasional after-hours emergency calls (extra pay!)
-Experience working with property management companies
