We own and operate a mobile home park in Asheville, NC, and are looking for a reliable contractor/handyman to help with mobile home repairs and full renovations as units become available.
Work Includes (as needed):
General handyman repairs
Plumbing and electrical fixes
Flooring, drywall, and painting
Kitchen and bathroom updates
Full remodels and make-ready work
We are seeking someone dependable that we can call on a recurring basis when homes turn over. This is ongoing work for the right person/company.
Requirements:
Must have experience with mobile home repairs and renovations
Provide your own tools and transportation
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
Licensed/insured preferred
