Looking for somebody who can handle our punch work and smaller project

We are a general construction company. We're looking to hire someone who can handle completing punch list work on the larger projects and handle the smaller projects we have come in. Must have your own tools and valid transportation. You can either be hired hourly, by the day, or bid the job completely. It really just depends on the project.
