Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Manager to join our team at Liquid Design Paint and Collision. As the Body Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our body shop department. Your duties will include managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining inventory, scheduling repairs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of body shop technicians to achieve department goals.

- Ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and meet high-quality standards.

- Manage inventory levels and order necessary supplies.

- Schedule appointments and allocate resources effectively to meet customer needs.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a body shop management role.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of automotive repair techniques and industry best practices.

- Familiarity with inventory management systems.

- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

I-CAR certifications in welding and sectioning (preferred).

Experience with structural repair and operation of a frame machine.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.

Experience writing insurance estimates using CCCone estimating software.

A customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
