Job Description:
As a Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of parts to both businesses and individual customers. You will manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and close sales. Your goal will be to build lasting relationships with customers and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with product selection
Provide accurate pricing, delivery, and product information
Process sales orders and track customer deliveries
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Meet and exceed sales targets
Assist with inventory management as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in parts or related industries
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of parts or related products (preferred but not required)
Proficiency in using Point of sale software or similar sales tools (a plus)
